TV down today, because Teck is down 5% today?

TV down today, because Teck is down 5% today? Zinc price is back up between $1.49-1.50, and LME stocks are down again today (for the 5th day in a row) by 1,750t to 262,400t. 

So WTF is up (or down) with TV share price today?  Is TV down today because Teck is down on lower price forecast for met coal, and lower quality coal being produced in the short term.  Cu and Zn side of Teck did well in Q3 with higher prices.
