Just saying that right after they announce the order confirmation an insider unloads on Oct. 20th
David Woolford - 354,000 shares! 

I'm telling you guys this is stinky - 

and makingmoney--- you proposal seems fair so here are the terms -
I agree to apologize to you if we hit you book value of 33 cents before we hit 7 cents. 
If we hit 7 first then it is you my friend who is wrong and I accept your sincere apology for the insulting and belittling thus far.
I still have no position, have never had a position but plan to add at 7 cents
 
The placement, well still nothing - still looking to raise 5 mill and reduced it to 2 so they may be able to say 125% subb'd andddd still have only raised half (2.5 mill) of what they really want.
