He He.....you obviously do not understand business law.......the liable party here is the Kyrg govt and not any shell company or any other company that wins the tender with the agreement ot bear the outcome of the case.

The Kyrg govt has to make the payment (or Stans siezes any of the govt assets where available) and then its up to the Kyrg govt to collect back from the party that underwrites the liability.

The courts only recognizes the Kyrg govt as the liable party and no other party the govt arranges deals with....he he
