Any Comparables for Vertically Integrated Leisure Travel?So Transat is selling its interest in Ocean Hotels, hiring a president for a hotel division, and launching on an ambitious plan to have 5000 of its own hotel rooms by 2024 (according to latest presentation).   Are there any market comparables for a company that integrates travel together with the hotel as Transat does?
