DEC 5th AGM and when the ballot comes out

Now that we have moved past Nov. 1st (record date for shareholders), we will get our ballots in a few weeks for the upcoming AGM (amended date is Dec. 5th). 

For me, I will be voting against our CEO Todd Hilditch and try and remove him from the Board.  Perhaps then he might be held more accountable to the Board in his CEO position (though I doubt it).  I might even vote against a few exisiting Board members for their support of past decisions (i.e. extention of expiring warrants, existence of two offices, etc.).

I also will vote against any proposal regarding executive compensation. In my view, the consultation fees etc. should be significantly changed for a company that draws no income and is in limbo land both in the past, present, and perhaps for years to come. if we need someone to attend conferences or sit in the office, perhaps Terraco could simply buy a mannequin and place him accordingly in the different sites:)
