Testing 17 again?

I thought for sure not before Monday...now, with volume, looks like today looks VERY possible

 

for the technical what is the break point past 17$ before the real run starts?

 

(I still believe the real run has not started yet, just stabilizing after the intense short attack we got a few months back that saw the share price down to ridiculous 7$)
