Slyce pretty much sold out leaving lots of bag holders. One aquisition Slye made was

Pounce Technologies Inc (Ted).. We ended up getting shares in POI.H for Slyce shares as part of the sellout (we had no choice, it was get nothing for this). The deal resulted in Slyce going on thier merry way and POI was pretty much uselss (10 mil shares at 11 cents makes this company look like a 100 million when it is worth nothing). Look at POI.H and you will notice it is up 20% today too. on 2000 shares at .11 cents... it is a game for them (BIG).
