From CVL Bearcatbob to OILSHIP

From CVL Bearcatbob to OILSHIPOILSHIP, Do you own shares in any of the Canadian partners? Or, are you looking for the Canadians to fund the TRIL experiment. I have another idea. I think the Canadian partners should all join together and force a renegotiation of the deal. Why two million? Why not test the Olcese up hole? Why not the data frac and then a cash call? It seems to me that if there was good data the partners could raise the money! Bob ________________________________________________________________________________ It appears the data frac is a bust or the good news shall have been released already. Same thought as Bearcatbob have, the operator cannot dictate what the JV partners to do. As Dave Pat. had resigned, the deal should be re-negotitated with better terms to JV partners to alleviate our risk. After all, at least the JV partners are still the real owner of this hole not TRIL and doesn't matter if the hole is used to shaft their name post or else. LOL Chanp
