I expect I was not alone in trying to deconstruct this new news release by Artemis. Unfortunately it is not as clearly set out as one might hope. I guess it was released in haste because of up-coming meetings and presentations.

It appears that the PR has been constructed by clipping and pasting from a larger document (the actual agreement).

What I found most confusing was that this new JV is titled: Karratha Gold Joint Venture

Whereas, the much earlier JV with Novo resources is being managed by Karratha Gold Pty Ltd.
