what planet are you living on ? a reverse split can only drop the bid and further more post consolidation share holders are dropped a minimum of 50% meaning 50 cents becomes 25 . check out SIRI. Over 4 billion outstanding shares and was once a 10 cent stock. No need to consolidate shareholders when a profitable company has earnings growth. please keep the board real
