The ball is in Wuxi's court now. There are two ways they can approach this:

1. A rapid-fire consultant-led approach. This is a massive overhaul done by outside firms that can quickly fix the issues, if they're personnel-based.

2. A longer, drawn-out approach where manufacturing equipment, personnel, and procedures have to be replaced. If the issues related to manufacturing are equipment based, it will take longer than the 6-7 months they're expecting here.
