RE:Is my math right, feedback welcome
RE:Is my math right, feedback welcomeFor what it is worth, Yes, I agree with your Math. 50,000 HIP Shares X .033 = 1650 CMED Shares.
If CMED trades at $20 per share then $20 X 1650 = $33,000. The Market will trade a little lower to account for the fact that the deal may not get done with HIP. Also keep in mind that HIP Shares may at certain times during the day trade higher than the conversion price. For example CMED at $18 X .033 = .60 HIP share, but you may look and HIP is acyually trading higher at .65 per share for a while. As a HIP shareholder keep in mind that if ACB wants both companies they could be buying your shares in the open market to take votes away from CMED shareholders that don't want the deal to go through. ALL IMO! Please always do your own due diligence! Know as best you can what you are getting yourself into and enjoy the game because at the end of the day the only thing that really matters is the Wife and Kids! Kind Regards
ps I don't own any HIP shares or ACB shares, I'm Long CMED!
