So if the 20 day volume weighted average price (VWAP) goes over $5.30 for the 20 days before either the expiry of the offer or the date when the conditions are satisfied you guys will get less than the 4.52...shares.

Provided it stays below $5.30, you get the 4.52...shares.

Not sure exactly what will happen but I would imagine the 20 day VWAP will only increase so perhaps it is a good idea for CMED shareholders to get this done sooner rather than later. Just my opinion.
