Poopin and Waxie

Poopin and WaxieHow do you guys feel about having you shareholder votes being kicked to the curb?

I'm not happy...but there is nothing we can do about it. The VSE has been set up that way so that trading companys like SHAT can use the SEC rules to basicaly do what ever they want. The VSE says they have cleaned up their act. Infact they have cleaned it up by enacting rules that make it legal to do what was shady for shareholders before.

Withholding votes is not against the rules. But  does that make it right?....only for companys and not for shareholders.

If SHAT has their act together, which I think they probably do, get ready to take one up the old hoop.

Signed: VancouverPig who has been down this road before.
