Encan't..this is the Canadian markets that allow pubiic companys to do what they do. It seems that over the last few years, smart companys use the sec rules along with smart lawyers that specialize in public companys to basicaly cut the nuts out of common shareholders.
I think we are going to see it here.
Prediction was there would be no independant directors added to the BofD and my prediction still stands.Regulators define being “independent” as having no direct or indirect material relationship with the corporation that could be reasonably expected to interfere with the exercise of a director’s independent judgment. This company had Howies brother on the BofD at one time. The brother is gone but I don't think that the idea of having some close sit on the Board still stinks up the boad room.
