RE:Taxes due

RE:Taxes dueI found it interesting this mexican tax defect popped up a few days after the former Ceo took command of SS trainwreck and now he is gone for the old guard to save the day.

Anyway, it appears to me the main motivation from Mexico is throw everything out there and see what sticks.  It seems they just want current spot tax paid to me but its a huge cloud imo that will prevent most san dimas buyers from rolling the dice or if they do they will want W to make a huge concessions with stream to compensate.   I think W needs to ride this out with P before making any real decisions on san dimas. This tax issue could disappear out of nowhere just like it showed up.  Maybe the income tax refund being held is whats used to settle issue and they pay spot going foward.  Paying spot going forward will not really affect bottom line after a few years as it offsets other payments to mexico.  But it will affect them short term.  We will see
