Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. So you have the outgoing CFO sell shares for less than he paid for the previous lot he bought only a few months ago. Can someone please help me understand a valid reason for this other than the obvious one.
