If you take a look at Level 2 and house trades, you'll notice it was done mostly by CIBC. Also, they've been doing this for the passed month or so, they'll buy a 1m or so of shares, increase the SP then dump most of it the same day. So it's nothing new really, just keeps the day interesting! Not sure if its to get out of the stock but it's nothing new right now. Also, a few new houses purchased today which is positive. JMO
