Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

Aurora gives the sector a black eye

Aurora gives the sector a black eyeThey issue shares relentlessly without regard to future shareholder value
They attempt a hostile takeover of a reputable independent LP
They brag on BNN how great than anybody else they are - Cam Battley boaster
They sell shares over $ 8.00 this week Terry Booth and all 20 million worth
They will never complete the Sky project in time for July 2018 and no harvest of Cannabis by then
They are reminiscent of the junior mining exploration "pump and dump" schemes for self gratification and self enrichment

The actions of Terry Booth and Cam Battley are not reflective of the efforts made by Vic Neufeld and Bruce Linton who have in their own manner build up great companies.

Bruce has "expansion and buying mode" without regard for profits now for later market dominance
Vic has "build it up mode" with profits as he goes now for later at scale lowest cost producer
Terry and Cam have "hype it up mode" and profits for themselves now and no care for shareholders
