It is frustrating to try to get coins!!!

It is frustrating to try to get coins!!!No bashing but I have been relatively frustrated in transferring funds in my NC account. I sent an e-transfer this aft and no response. I understand they are probably swamped but y'a think they'd have some one full time to address those!!! Other than thinking this would really fly high, not impressed by the way the system goes. If they want to be successful they gotta make it easy, seamless and lightning fast. Are they above their their capacity???
