It was fully supported by the board. Roy and Josh pretty much run the board in case you didn't know. Great for shareholders to spin-it off.

Great opportunity as a stand alone company. It will be first to market, and have the "first to market advantage" for precious metals holding and wealth creation services. A lot of upside in ths one. You can't buy a similiar type stock, as no one offers this yet. It will all depend on execution. It will be cashed up nicely, and have a lot of insider ownership.

And no it did NOT come up as MEN Inc., unless you read the release on an older cell phone, maybe Bearfake has a 2001 Nokia or an old "flip phone".
