I will adimit this is starting to get ugly.

I wonder if the NEW US tax regulations are going to effect companies like this?? I will be the first to admit I don't know enough about the new system to know how attractive it the new regulations would appear to urge KWH to move their head offices into the US. 

It's going to make a difference for some companies in Canada that conduct most of their buisiness in the US and have Canadian based head offices. 

Anyone with more knowledge on this pleas feel free to chime in.
