RE:Lord & Taylor Keeps Dragging Down Hudson's Bay

RE:Lord & Taylor Keeps Dragging Down Hudson's BayEverybody seems to agree the best course of action is to monetize the HBC real estate but no one offers a method to do it. The simplest method is just to sell everything and distribute the net proceeds by way of a dividend but I don't see any sign that happening. HBC management appears to have decided to sell the real estate off in piecemeal fashion while continuing to lose massive amounts of money in the retail side of the business. People who think they will make a big profit owning HBC stock because of the real estate should wake up to the fact it's not going to happen anytime soon or perhaps ever.
