BYL has raised lot of money recently. Is it logical for BYL to buy its Partner YFI? Considering the strong trading volume on YFI, I am inclined to think that a takeover is possible.

How owe does a $70MM company buy a $100MM company? Baylin would need to raise a lot more cash than they have.
