Glencore owns 86.3% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Katanga Mining. The other stockholders own the rest. One of Katanga Mining's many subsidiaries is Kamoto Copper Company, which is 20% owned by Gecamines and 5% owned by SIMCA, both of which are DRC state enerprises. There are three Glencore employees on the board. It's all in their annual information form on the investor relations page of their web site.
