Obviously, this is not what any of us hoped for or wanted.  However, we are all grownups.  This was always a highly speculative venture.  Management must have been shopping the company for a while, and this deal was the result.  If the offer is, objectively, terrible, another company willl come in with a better price.  If not, we are stuck with WWR. If shareholders are going to oppose the deal, there had better be a viable alternative, because CSPG is certainly out of money.
