RE:Insiders that sell sharesI have seen in the past that some insiders like to trade in and out of their own stocks like anybody else.  Eric Sprott is a good example.  Also, sometimes they are taking profits from their cheap options so selling means little.   Unlike selling, insiders normally only buy for one reason so I find that more significant.  There has been no buying lately.  You can see the latest trades from insiders and fund holdings here:

I can get the full insider report for free through my broker.  Whoever said that the insider selling lately wasn't significant is wrong.  There has been almost 2.3 million of net selling from insiders in the last year with zero buying.   Wilkes has dropped his holdings by 75%.
