Ownership misconceptions

Ownership misconceptionsSeems like some people don't really understand who owns what.

Katanga is a mining company.  But lets say it was a warehouse and you and your brother owned the warehouse..  You own 86% and your brother owns 24%.  The warehouse is owned by you both.

Katanga, represents all of the operations of the mine.  Katanga owns all of Katanga (similar to you and your brother own all of the warehouse).  Glencore happens to own 86% of the split.

Hope this clarifys for some.
