looks like there  is a  move  to accumulate  shares,  could this  mean  the  finacing is  finalized  or  is someone taking over the  company  in 2018?  there has to be  something  Afoot  and it  ain't  Rudolph,   although  i don't know  what t he new  ceo FIRST  NAME IS  ?
