All I saw after hours on WWR was a very wide bid/ask spread.  Was there something other than that?  The conference call was a non-event.  He will tell us plans after the acquisition is complete.  Of course, he owes us nothing.  Alabama Graphite, on the other hand, needs to explain what happened and what will likely happen next.  E.g., were there other suitors?  If so, are they still interested?
