CBW halt related to PVOT?

CBW halt related to PVOT?

PVOT started up three days ago on CSE, and was halted yesterday at the same time as CBW. They just announced an expansion to the US with their proprietary tech, and they're resuming trade at 7:15am.

What's the chances CBW is financing that expansion?
