what BirchBrook did was extrapolation misrepresentation. I linked that review months ago.
The author and commentator rates the Iphone 7 case PRO  from HITCASE as the sector
killer in as many words and the best ever he had ever tested for overall complete
case protection-he even mentions in his review how unrealistic the pressure
water test is for the Hitcase pro or any camera case within the segment.

IMO Hitcase tho probably not having the wherewithalls financially currently
but no doubt with inhouse legal counsel...should consider taking action.
