and guthchecktime? I reviewed some of the CC and think
possibly...just possibly MRS 2.0 aquires a 2nd veteran
staffed company to lock in and lockdown and ramp up
its production capacity. I think this maybe one of the
stumbling blocks in not announcing the first PO
by YE....manufacturing capacity and securing
second and third production facilities for the ramp
up on the Dist Agreement terms and still being
able to entertain and fullfill other order interests
and obligations in their current order book
and orders in their que pending or that may
result from the commercilaiziation process of the First
Responders Suit re Dept of Homeland Sec Amber project
of thing in the RandD que as in the US Navy Safety Impact
Vest and Extreme Cold Weather Gear for the US Army
let alone No Contact Tech going to have a retail line
announced IMO first half of 2018.

Its not hard to see that being able to meet demand
could be an issue if not having production faciliities
onstream to product for that demand ...but an enviable
issue that can be addressed vs a company with no demand
which is the kiss of death. MRS has current demand and
its que in demand...coming out its ying yang most companies
at this stage of their development and operational life
entering into a hyper accelerated growth curve that most
companies can only dream of by comparison.

This was mentioned in the CC if one takes it in.
Staffed by veterans. In the right sector.
The sector is fragmented and in most cases
very ripe for consolidation. Some great private companies
with great products and networking connections to the military
and law and enforcement that if aquired would get the branding
and scale and pedigree and feet in doors that matter that MRS
can and would provide. So IMO in 2018 do not be surprised
IMO if this name is a company aquiistion.
