Completion of Laval Facility

Completion of Laval Facility We have all been told that there would be an announcement in regards to the Laval facility by the end of the 4th quarter 2017. Certainly, any news would give credibility to what the company has been saying.  Granted there are two days left of trading in 2017. The SP has held its own without an announcement. If, management released news before the end of the year it would certainly, end the year on a high and be a good start to 2018. Thoughts?
