RE:RE:China's desperate need for cobaltYou make a good point mat, critical metal could mean hands off USA cobalt so, Chinese and Japanese companies looking for the stuff might have to turn to turn elsewhere for their cobalt supply. 

Sumitomo supplies Panasonic with raw materials who then supplies Tesla with batteries. Sumitomo gets it's cobalt from projects in Madagascar and Palawan. 

Tesla is highly dependent on Japanese companies for it's batteries. Elon Musk did say he wants raw materials to be sourced in North America so, if Mr. Trump makes things difficult for foreign companies, Tesla might have to turn to friendly Canada for it's North American supply. Many companies operating in Canada produce cobalt such as Vale, Glencore, Sherritt and many junior companies are avancing projects.

So without the Tesla hipe, where would that leave ECS ???
