It also has an agreement to acquire about 16 contiguous uranium exploration mineral claims covering 54,450 hectares in northern Saskatchewan. Located 60 kilometers southwest of the Key Lake Uranium mine and mill, these claims are situated within the uranium-rich Wollaston-Mudjatik Transition Zone (WMTZ), which hosts one of the highest-grade uranium deposits.

My speculation here?, a shorter got caught on the run, on the last trade date for settlement in 2017.

Wrote a cheque for a PP, and why not take a over allotment, when you can short the current price, 

and fill the paper call @ $0.05......

Just an un educated, un informed nobodys guess..
