The good, the bad and the ugly

The good, the bad and the ugly
I hope Bogfit understands what dilution means by now. If you need it laid out in “pie” terms; currently Pala owns the pie and we get the crumbs.

Anyway this was expected. I had just hoped for a better financing price than what they gave us. No rights offering is another kick in the teeth. That being said:

1. The good: This will not go to bankruptcy, and will be sold where Pala can make money. So take their ACB and add 20% as a minimum floor sale.

2. The bad: Major dilution. A sale would have been preferable and I am positive there were better available options than what we got. But wait Rockhound said Pala didn’t control this company?! Feel differently now?

3. The ugly: Anyone looking for quick money in this high $ copper environment should look elsewhere.  This thing is going to stay range bound for a long time. You also face the very real threat of a slowing world economy, geo politically crisis or some other external event that could crush this lower.

GLTA,
