Letter to TaylorDavid R. Taylor Independent Board Director, East West Petroleum dtaylor@nbrl.ca Mr. Taylor: I am an investor with a large position of 1,145,000 EW shares and Im writing you to express my concerns about the lack of attention current leadership is paying to our stock. Im concerned that most of their attention is focused on Advantage Lithium while little has been focus on our potential. Because of how the farm-out arrangement was negotiated with NIS, it leaves us with little control over the drilling pace of new wells. I believe that this lack of timing control was a mistake which I hope we never let happen again. With that said, little attention has been paid to keeping EW shareholders up-to-date drilling plans. With the lack of attention, shareholders are forced decipher NIS announcements and quarterly reports upcoming Romanian events. This lack of attention even is also evidenced by EWs website. No results are published on proxy results or the latest financials. This neglect leads to the question of Why would anyone invest in a company who doesnt bother to keep its investors informed? The lack of attention and the lack of interviews with various publications citing our positive results in Romania have left our stock hovering around 10 12 cent range. Recently other companies have been far more aggressive in pushing out positive messages of their results and have had far more impact than us, and yet they have far less potential upside than we do. I hope your appointment to watch over our Romanian and New Zealand assets bode well for our future and Im looking forward to you sharing more frequent updates with the shareholders of EW. Sincerely,
