I like doing DD. So for those who don't here are the things I found:

1. The video is old. Posted back in May. Since then the stock price has more than tripled.
2. He said that maple leaf is working with a coop in San Diego to produce cannabis and that San Diego voted against legalization. Their greenhouses are NOT in San Diego. They were looking to expand into San Diego but has not done so yet. He's correct that although a State can be legalized, individual counties can vote against it.  However, a simple google search shows that San Diego has already begun sale of recreational marijuana and has regulations on production facilities. See October 2016 News Release

Feel free to discuss these points if I'm wrong.
