RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:NORTH ROAD VAULT [ POTENTIAL REVENUES ]It's going to amount to a lifestyle thing. There is room for an enormous market even with 'grow-at-home' customers. There will be plenty of rural growers growing their own weed, just like they currently grow their own tomatoes and beans.
But I don't think this is going to be representative of the urban markets. People are going to run to the store and pick up a bag of dried product before they cultivate their own beside the swingset in the backyard. Some will grow, most will not.
But even if you conclude that 33% of the potential pot market is going to grow their own, the market is still huge. Most folks would only grow a strain (maybe two) and will balance that with some store-bought craft strain or what have you.
Beyond that, people are not going to extract their own oils or grow their own pet products, and I think you'll find that the real MJ $$$ will be found in the types of products that LIB has their eye on. LIB's customer base for their dist business may not even primarily be retailers, but manufacturers of various products.
This market will sort itself out. I don't think the naysayers are wrong when they claim there will be a lot of growers, but if the growers impede the market, the market will simply shift to products they can't grow - it's simple evolution.
