RE:re question what if the 36% has also bought another 10% ?We have lock-up shareholders with 36%. Aurora can buy up to 5% in the open market. They currently own 682,400 shares (2.79%).
Then we have Senvest Management that owns 1,601,500 shares:

So if we just look at these 3 groups we are already getting close to the 50% necessary to block the HIP deal. I would also have to assume that the VAST majority of CMED shareholders are intelligent enough to see the value of ACB vs HIP.
I'm confident we will achieve the 66 2/3% necessary and then move to a 2nd stage in the takeover process. Zettl is just delaying the inevitable in my opinion.
