RE:RE:CONFIRMATION FROM MILTARY - NEW BODY ARMOR 2018ed...u r correct..MRS does not have exclusivity as Choices sometimes presents in haste...but from what i recall I think there is a 2nd tendor going out for issue year latter part of 2018/early 2019 for the BCS...not the BBL but the BCS as the
first tendor for initial issue expires and the 07/0 fully decomissioned and retired from active issue

I could be wrong as I do not have the material infront of me
but there was to be a second issue for those following years from what I recall.
