analysis by the deep dive is incompleteoverall an interesting summary but missing quite a bit of details 

only questions I have are

1. who will buy the debenture  as it is a privately sold non brokered deal

2.with what money is this going to paid for

3. how does IDK benefit DIRECTLY...revenue stream
                                                          side deal to get Zeu shares ( when available ) cheap
 
4.  how married are SI and FD  .......


5. with  the past history  sort of not being noted by anyone  for IDK /BWN   I still suggest

we have more questions than answers again   and frankly this is a concern....maybe it is just me

remember....this is  IMO  

just when I thought this might be simple ......
