Talking to DBOX investor line is like barking to the moonI have been a long-term investor in DBOX. I saw the potential and purchased them in the fall of 2015. Then I kept on buying - for my TFSA, for my son's RESP, in a margin account. Even when they reached their peak in 2016, I did not sell because I thought DBOX is not ripe, did not reach its potential. I should have done it. About 2 mo ago I wrote to their investors line asking about their strategy - which is hard to understand and, from outside, it looks like "the headless chicken strategy" (running randomly around while bleeding). They spread thin, in all directions: a few cinemas in Europe, here and there, some in Egypt, some in China. I am pretty sure the costs of such random development are swallowing any profit they might bring. There are VR development, simulators etc. - a lot of great ideas but they are not crystallizing for us, the investors. NOBODY REPLIED to my concerns. Nothing. Arrogant silence. If I wanted to be a long-term investor in a company exclusively based on promises and great ideas but no profit, I would have most definitely chosen one of Elon Musk's companies, not a Claude McMaster's one. I will definitely vote against the current management!
