Output moving forward ???

Output moving forward ???A bit confused So they just quadroupled production and will do 5,000 kg's this year (2018) Reading the md&a it says when the facility is fully completed it should produce 50,000kg's a year . which they expect in 2019..(which means 2020 harvest) So why did they purchase "adjacent lands for ultra premium facility" at lot 16?? Why not just keep building out the existing facility? They are in the design phase and expect to break ground this summer and complete in 2019 and produce 10,000 kgs a year.... So will 2020 production be 15,000 kgs or 60,000 kgs or what? I dont understand why they did not just increase production capacity at their current facility versus buying a new facility??? Insights....a find the companies website woefully inadequate for demostrating a vision of where this company plans to be
