This is well documented in the info that is out there and they actually are targeting seniors that do not have a clue about the internet or desire to use it. In one of Lisa's videos she actually refers to her mother or grandmother as a reference. It will be interesting to see when the enrolement is complete for each contract, what percent did occur. I beleive it will be very close to the number that was initially quoted.
