Stock isn't cut in half!! They are just saying the support the deal. To me if you listen to the BNN interview with the CEO it completely makes sense doing the merger. If you read further down it leaves it open that the terms of the deal may be renegotiated. The CEO is a smart man holding shares himself as well why would the Tragically Hip announce to the world that they support the deal if it wasn't a good deal for the shareholders as they hold 7% of the shares. Watch the BNN interview with the CEO from Wednesday. The facility in Lincoln is amazing 205,000 sq ft.....unreal. this company is going to be one of the top producers and performers in both the medicinal sector and recreational. There is no scam here or pump amd dump. Compare this to others and if you do your research right with or without Canimed Hip is going to do great things. The Canimed deal would move them forward even faster.
