Its Midstream segment includes global exports, which includes its two LPG export terminals; natural gas gathering and extraction, and fractionation and liquids handling. Its Midstream segment also consists of natural gas and NGL marketing business, domestic logistics, trucking and rail terminals, and liquid storage capability. Its subsidiaries include Wrangler 1 LLC, WGL Holdings, Inc. and others.

RE:interest rate effects? (with meger coming up)

If they don't proceed with the asset sales how are they
going to fully fund the acquisition? Correct me if I am wrong,
the funds raised from the equity financing (C$2.5 or $2.9
Billion?) is worth no more than half of the total cost of the
acquistion.
