RE:Very oversoldyes, it is oversold technically.  But it did hit a new 52 week low and down a full years divvy so far ytd.  Kinda like farting against the wind and buying a mask!  price to book over 6 vs chartwell sienna at 3-4... good luck to you.  please buy more, it needs it...
