RE:Time to buy the pullback..There certainly is a pile of movement. We've been seeing big volume for a couple weeks now. News yesterday, and the ensuing monster day today. I have no doubt that with cash in the bank, crews on multiple sites, rising demand for cobalt and its prices steadily moving north and low share volume, Cruz is set to sail in 2018!!!
